About the Organization
Alohomora Education Foundation is dedicated to empowering young individuals to make informed career decisions on a large scale. We collaborate with organizations such as UNICEF's Project Yuwaah, the Government of Delhi, and education authorities in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Haridwar, Uttarakhand, impacting over 3 lakh students annually. Our recent selection for Shikshalokam's EdumentumX initiative signifies our commitment to expanding our district-level initiatives.
Project Background: Their program, Pratibha Manthan, operates in grades 10-12 across 177 schools, engaging over 15,000 students. Recognized for its excellence, the program has received accolades, including the Haryana Good Governance Day award. We aim to deepen our impact by further collaborating with district administration and education departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in creating and implementing an aligned implementation plan.
- Project Implementation: Oversee program execution in schools, ensuring adherence to design and resource allocation.
- Teacher Capacity Building: Conduct workshops and provide ongoing support to teachers.
- Managing Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with district administration and foster industry and community partnerships.
- Document Learning and Impact: Compile insights and reports for future initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Sr. Associate: Leadership fellowship, Master's in Education/Social Work, or relevant experience. Manager: Relevant experience with full-time fellowships or master's degrees.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the district.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
- Openness to learning and multitasking.
