Job Title: Sr. Associate - Program Monitoring & Evaluation
Alohomora Education Foundation is committed to empowering young individuals to make informed career decisions on a large scale. Through our flagship framework, Careershala, we facilitate career exploration and guidance activities. Collaborating with UNICEF’s Project Yuwaah, the Government of Delhi, and district administrations in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Haridwar, Uttarakhand, we impact over 3 lakh students annually. Selected for the EdumentumX initiative by Shikshalokam, we aim to expand our district-level initiatives rapidly.
Role Background:
As the organization expands, understanding and communicating the impact of programs becomes crucial. The team requires an individual capable of designing robust monitoring systems, analyzing data effectively, and communicating impact at various levels.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develops monitoring designs and tools for program cycles across projects.
- Strengthens baseline and endline tools for effective data collection.
- Manages the end-to-end data collection and cleaning process.
- Analyzes data and creates reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Shares proof points of impact through field visits and discussions.
- Supports other aspects of program design and training as needed.
Requirements:
- Sr. Associate: Holds a leadership fellowship, Master's in Education/Social Work, or possesses relevant experience.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the Indian youth context and curriculum development.
- Displays an aptitude for numbers and data analysis.
- Exhibits interest in research methodologies and survey design.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Shows excitement for fieldwork and gathering stories of change.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Remains open to learning and adapting to changing situations.
Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
Compensation Range: Rs. 4.2-5.6 LPA
