🌍 About the Program:
AFRIKA KOMMT! is a flagship initiative of German industry aimed at fostering sustainable economic cooperation with African countries by empowering young leaders from Africa. Launched in 2008 by nineteen leading German companies, the program offers visionary African professionals a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the German corporate landscape, gain international experience, and drive positive change in their home countries and communities.

🌟 How to Apply:
- The next application phase for AFRIKA KOMMT! will be from 16.2.24 to 24.3.24.
- Applications can only be submitted through the online application portal. Applications by email are not accepted.
- Register on AFRIKA KOMMT! Application Portal and fill in the application form in English. Applications in other languages will not be considered.
- Upload a short presentation about your motivation, an idea for a change initiative, a photo, and your certificates.
- Submit your application before the deadline. Applications submitted after this date cannot be considered.
📝 Application Process:
- Check Eligibility: Ensure you meet the general candidate requirements and fit the criteria for the program.
- Select Fellowship Placements: Choose up to two profiles for the new intake of AFRIKA KOMMT! during the application phase.
- Fill Application Form: Register on the application portal and fill in the form in English. Upload required documents and provide details about your change initiative idea.
- Submit Application: Submit your application before the deadline. Applications submitted after this date cannot be considered.
🌐 What Happens Next?
- You will receive feedback on your application within approx. 8-12 weeks after the official end of the application period.
- Partner companies may contact you for a short telephone interview.
- If your application passes the pre-selection stage, you will receive an invitation to a 2-day assessment center.
